Guest blog: Want to know what’s really on your tenant’s mind?

Guest blog: Want to know what’s really on your tenant’s mind?

Ahead of the Portico Estate Agents and National Landlord Association (NLA) Annual Landlord Seminar in London on Wednesday 21st November, we are undertaking some research to understand exactly what’s on tenant’s minds right now.

Covering all sorts of topics, from Brexit to why people are or aren’t climbing onto the property ladder, the questionnaire aims to help us understand the thoughts and feelings of tenants in the current climate, and use their concerns to forecast how this will affect the property market going forward.

Our learnings will be used at the seminar, where we aim to share London landlords’ insights about the current outlook, advice from landlords who are doing it well, and predictions on what legislation changes mean for the future.

Why not share this questionnaire with your tenants and help us understand how they’re feeling? Click here to find the link for the questionnaire.

Join us at the Portico and NLA Landlord Seminar on the 21st November to hear case studies of successful landlords sharing their tips with the NLA’s Richard Blanco. You’ll also be walked through London hotspots and a housing market review with Portico’s Mark Lawrinson.

Lastly, join our panel discussion with Jennifer Wynter from London Borough of Hackney, Richard Donnell from Hometrack, Chris Norris from the NLA and Nicola Geldart from David Phillips to debate the future of lettings in London.

Enjoy an evening of discussions, networking and great landlord-relevant exhibitors at The Institute of Directors, 116 Pall Mall. Tickets are £25 or £10 for NLA members with your promo code (get in touch at events@landlords.org.uk for your discount code).
